Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical buildings in Randolph?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large office parks and corporate campuses along the main highway corridors, please provide the specific suite and floor number. These professional complexes often have central security desks where drivers must check in before they can reach individual offices. Including the department name helps our drivers navigate the correct wing of these multi-building properties.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all orders to accommodate the long driveways and winding roads found in this suburban layout. Drivers bring the flowers directly to the front door or a covered porch rather than leaving them at a mailbox or street-side entrance. Providing instructions for side doors or gate codes helps our drivers find the best drop-off point on properties that are set back from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home at a residence, we place the flowers in a safe spot on the porch and notify them by phone. For deliveries to gated residential entries or secured professional buildings, a working recipient phone number is required to coordinate access. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and size.
