Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various office complexes and residential properties in Rockaway?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate office parks and professional centers require a specific suite number and floor to ensure the courier can access the correct desk. For residential complexes with secure vestibules, you must provide a gate code or buzzer number at checkout. These details allow the driver to move efficiently from the busy commercial corridors to the private entrance of the recipient.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from flat commercial districts to the steep, winding residential hills characteristic of this area. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement remains upright and intact while navigating elevation changes and properties set back on wooded lots. Providing clear house numbers or driveway descriptions helps the driver locate homes that are not visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the building is inaccessible?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a house, the courier leaves the arrangement in a shaded area near the primary entrance. For deliveries to secure office buildings or gated residential units, the flowers are left with a front-desk attendant or concierge. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient reduces the risk of a failed delivery if the driver encounters a locked gate or a restricted access vestibule.
