Question 1

How do deliveries work for professional buildings and medical complexes in Rockaway Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the township's corporate centers and medical campuses require a specific suite number and department name at checkout. These details allow the courier to navigate the security desks and lobby check-in protocols found in these professional environments. Providing the floor number ensures the flowers reach the correct desk in multi-story office buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and gated communities in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the township's mix of winding suburban roads and gated lake communities. You must provide any gate codes or entry instructions for private residential developments at checkout. This method ensures the arrangement is placed correctly at the entrance of homes in both open and secured neighborhoods.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a private residence or complex?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a protected area on the porch to account for the township's large, open residential lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to maintain the style of the arrangement. Providing a recipient's phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries at secured residential gates or multi-unit buildings.
