Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the local medical campus, professional offices, and residential buildings?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main security desks at the regional medical campus and the reception areas of multi-story professional buildings. Because many local residences are older multi-family homes with shared porches or side-access doors, you must provide the apartment number and specify which entrance to use at checkout. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct unit in dense residential blocks.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the town's layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow streets and limited street parking common in the downtown commercial district and residential corridors. Drivers prioritize hand-to-hand delivery to prevent leaving items on sidewalks or in high-traffic pedestrian areas. Providing a gate code or instructions for rear-unit access helps avoid delays caused by restricted street-side entry.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we attempt to leave the arrangement with a nearby neighbor or at a secured side entrance shielded from the street. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value and similar shape to maintain the design. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us confirm access to secured apartment hallways or multi-tenant buildings.
