Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Marysville?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the large corporate manufacturing campuses requires a specific building or gate number because these sites cover hundreds of acres. For the medical center, enter the wing or floor at checkout so the front desk can direct the driver to the correct entrance. These details are necessary to pass through high-security perimeter gates.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered instead of shipped in boxes. In the historic downtown area, provide rear-entry instructions if the front door is on the main thoroughfare where street parking is restricted. For residential subdivisions, ensure house numbers are visible from the road to help drivers navigate long driveways and wide property gaps.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement on a porch or with a neighbor. For gated residential clusters, enter the gate code at checkout to avoid the driver being unable to reach the front door. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that maintains the same color and size.
