Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to high-rise offices and medical complexes?

Accepted Answer

Newark features many high-rise office towers and large medical campuses with central security desks. You must provide the floor number, suite, or department name at checkout. These details allow the courier to navigate lobby security checkpoints and ensure the flowers reach the correct internal location.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this dense urban environment?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-carried to the door to manage the city's limited street parking and busy loading zones. Include a buzzer number or gate code for any secured apartment buildings or multi-unit properties. This direct delivery method avoids leaving items on crowded public sidewalks where access is restricted.

Question 3

What happens if the courier cannot access the building or the recipient?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the courier will attempt to leave the flowers with a 24-hour concierge or a neighboring unit in secured buildings. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety that maintains the same size and color. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the courier resolve building access issues through intercoms or security gates.
