Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Linden?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of large industrial complexes and the secure lobbies of corporate offices located near the main industrial corridors. You must enter the specific building number and department at checkout so the courier can pass through security gates. These details ensure your flowers reach the correct desk within these large work sites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

Our couriers hand-carry every arrangement to manage the move from busy industrial zones to narrow residential streets. Provide specific side-door or porch instructions if the property has limited parking or restricted front access. This direct delivery avoids the risks of leaving packages in high-traffic public areas.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a multi-family home or secured apartment, we do not leave the flowers in an unshielded area. We substitute unavailable flowers with a similar color or shape to ensure the design is finished for your delivery date. Including a recipient’s phone number allows us to get access through buzzer systems or gated residential entries.
