Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

In Roselle, we deliver to residential houses and low-rise commercial buildings. For the city’s many multi-unit garden apartments, you must enter the specific building letter and apartment number at checkout. These details allow us to identify the correct door in complexes with multiple shared entryways.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes. Our drivers navigate the city’s narrow residential streets to reach front porches and building entrances directly. Providing notes about side-door access or gate codes helps us avoid delays on these compact blocks.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the arrangement in a secure spot on the porch or with a nearby neighbor in these close-set residential rows. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. A recipient phone number is required to resolve access issues at secured multi-family properties.
