Question 1

Can you deliver to the private estates and medical facilities in Alexandria?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to all residential properties, including gated estates and homes with long private driveways common in this rural township. At checkout, provide the gate access code and a description of any unique house markers or mailbox locations. This ensures our drivers can find the correct entrance among the wooded lots and winding roads.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes that sit far back from the main road?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to ensure the arrangement remains stable while navigating the unpaved or steep driveways found throughout this area. Please specify if the delivery should be left at a side entrance or a specific porch area if the main door is not accessible. Providing these details helps us avoid delays caused by restricted property access or long walking distances from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a secluded residence?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the flowers in a safe spot on the porch or at a designated entry point specified in your delivery notes. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a similar flower of equal value to complete the order. A recipient phone number is required for these rural properties so we can call for instructions if we cannot reach the front door.
