Question 1

How will my flower delivery be handled at local hospitals, funeral homes, or offices?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to funeral homes on the main roads and to the medical offices near the town center. For deliveries to the borough's multi-family houses, you must include the specific apartment or floor number at checkout. This ensures the driver finds the correct door in buildings with shared street-front access.

Question 2

How does the city’s layout affect how my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the dense residential grid and homes that sit very close to the sidewalk. Please specify at checkout if you prefer delivery to a side door or back porch. This keeps the arrangement in a secure spot away from the public walkway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers with a neighbor because houses in this borough are positioned in close proximity. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that matches the original size and color. Including a phone number for the recipient allows us to confirm access for gated residential complexes located on the outskirts of the borough.
