Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to apartments and multi-family homes in Bound Brook?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the mix of older multi-family houses and newer secured apartment buildings throughout the borough. Provide the unit number and any specific buzzer instructions at checkout so the driver can access the correct interior door. This prevents the order from being left in a shared public entryway.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local residences and businesses?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient at their home or downtown storefront. Many residential properties here have high porches or narrow street-front entrances that require direct placement. Providing details about side entrances or preferred drop-off spots helps us navigate these layouts without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure spot on a porch or coordinate with the front desk in managed buildings. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety of equal or higher value. Including a phone number for the recipient helps us manage access challenges at properties with shared gates or locked foyers.
