Question 1

How does delivery work for offices or community buildings in Glandorf?

Accepted Answer

Most addresses in Glandorf are single-family homes or low-rise offices with direct street access. For deliveries to the local parish or shared community halls, please provide the specific room name or wing at checkout. This ensures the driver uses the correct side entrance rather than the main public doors.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the village's open residential layout. Because properties here often have wide frontages and deep porches, providing a house color or a description of the porch helps the driver identify the correct home. This method prevents the delays common with boxed shipping services.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If no one is there, we look for a sheltered side door or a porch area hidden from the street. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the look of the arrangement. Noting a preferred neighbor’s house or a side-entry garage at checkout helps us complete the delivery on the first attempt.
