Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential locations in Kalida?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made to street-level residential homes and small professional offices that lack central reception desks. You must provide the recipient's phone number and the specific entrance location at checkout. These details allow the driver to coordinate with the recipient in buildings where there is no dedicated staff to accept packages.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with different layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the village's low-density residential layout. Because many properties have wide front lawns and long driveways, please specify if the delivery should go to a side door or a rear porch. This ensures the arrangement is placed in a secure spot that is not easily visible from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement on a protected porch or at a side entrance. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the design’s structure. Providing the house number and a description of the home’s exterior helps prevent delivery delays in this open-access environment.
