Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of addresses in Fort Jennings?

Accepted Answer

Fort Jennings includes both a concentrated village center and homes on sprawling rural lots. At checkout, provide the house number and any specific descriptions for properties set back from the main county roads. These details allow for accurate location since GPS can be unreliable for residences situated far from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local homes and businesses?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-carried to the door rather than left in a shipping box. Because this area lacks high-rise buildings or secured lobbies, we require a specific entry point like a front porch or side door. Note if there is a gate or a specific driveway entrance to use for properties located on the outskirts of the village.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the arrangement in a secure area near the primary entrance or contact a nearby neighbor. Providing a recipient phone number is critical for rural properties to confirm someone is available to receive the delivery. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original color and shape.
