Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and offices in Ottawa?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to reception desks at professional offices and nursing facilities throughout the village. Provide the specific wing or department name at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance in these single-story complexes. This detail is necessary for any building that shares a central parking lot with other suites.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for residential areas in this town?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door of the residence. In this community of mostly detached homes, we leave the item on the front porch if the recipient does not answer. For properties with long gravel driveways or restricted gate access, include the gate code or specific drop-off instructions at checkout.

Question 3

What happens if the flowers I chose are not available or the recipient is out?

Accepted Answer

If the specific flowers are not in stock, we replace them with a similar type of the same value. If the recipient is not home, we call the phone number you provided to let them know where the flowers were placed. Including a secondary contact number helps if the house is set back far from the main road.
