Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large medical centers and industrial sites in Lima?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the regional medical campuses and the gated manufacturing complexes located on the outskirts of the city. You must provide a specific wing name or room number for medical stays and a department name for workplace deliveries. This ensures the arrangement reaches the correct internal reception desk or security station.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the variety of properties ranging from traditional grid-pattern residential porches to modern suburban driveways. The driver uses your specific entry instructions to navigate between the dense older blocks and the more spread-out housing developments. Clear access details like side-door preferences or gate codes help avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver finds a secure spot hidden from the street or contacts a neighbor to hold the item. For deliveries to large-scale production facilities, a direct phone number for the recipient is required to coordinate a hand-off at the security perimeter. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we replace it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and scale.
