Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

For downtown businesses with street-front entrances, include the suite number or business name so the driver identifies the correct door. For the large manufacturing sites on the outskirts of the city, provide a specific gate number or employee entrance to ensure the driver navigates the industrial perimeters correctly. These details are required because many commercial properties in this area have multiple access points.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the local mix of downtown buildings and residential homes with deep setbacks. Please specify if the driver should use a side-porch entrance or a detached garage area for drop-offs. These details help the driver place the arrangement in a sheltered spot that the resident will see from the main house.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered mudroom or with a nearby neighbor. When specific flowers are out of stock, they are replaced with stems of the same value that maintain the original color scheme. Providing a recipient's phone number helps the driver coordinate access to the single-story nursing centers and senior living complexes found throughout the city.
