Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large institutional campuses or gated residential sites in Orient?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name and department number at checkout to ensure the driver passes through the primary security checkpoints. Accurate recipient names are required for administrative staff to accept the delivery at the main intake desk. These details prevent orders from being turned away at the perimeter gates.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or hand-delivered by a driver?

Accepted Answer

A local driver hand-delivers every arrangement directly to the door. Properties in this area feature long private driveways and houses set far back from the main road, so include any gate codes for entry. Providing these details ensures the driver reaches the porch instead of leaving the order at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the specific flowers are not in stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured facility is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement with the designated front desk or security officer. For residential addresses, the driver leaves the order in a sheltered spot on the porch. Providing a secondary phone number helps the driver find the entrance when house numbers are hidden from the street.
