Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in South Bound Brook?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to detached houses and the multi-unit residential buildings located near the canal. For secured complexes, you must include the gate or building entry code and the specific unit number at checkout. This ensures the driver can reach the indoor lobby instead of leaving the arrangement on a public sidewalk.

Question 2

What delivery method do you use and how does the local layout affect it?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to ensure the flowers remain upright and intact. Because the borough features a tight grid of narrow streets with limited parking, drivers often park and walk to the residence. Providing a description of the porch or front entrance helps our drivers find the correct home quickly in areas where houses are positioned close together.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not available, we look for a secure spot on the porch or leave the item with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is not in stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style and color. Including a recipient phone number helps us resolve access issues at multi-family buildings that do not have open porches.
