Question 1

How does delivery work for the gated communities and medical centers in Berkeley Township?

Accepted Answer

Many residences in this area are located within gated senior living developments or restricted-access campuses. Provide the gate entry code and the specific building or unit number at checkout. These details are required for the driver to pass security checkpoints and reach the recipient's front door.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the township's layout of sprawling residential clusters and wooded properties with long setbacks. For homes with sandy driveways or houses set far back from the road, please note if the house number is visible from the street. This ensures the driver brings the arrangement to the porch rather than leaving it by a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we attempt to leave the arrangement at a side door or with a neighbor, as many local age-restricted communities have rules against leaving items on front walkways. If a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a variety of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing a recipient's phone number helps us manage deliveries to homes located behind shared perimeter fencing or community gates.
