Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and professional offices in Buena?

Accepted Answer

Most professional buildings and healthcare centers in this area are single-story layouts with multiple separate entrances. You must provide the specific suite number or department name at checkout so the driver can locate the correct front desk. This information ensures the flowers reach the recipient in buildings that lack a central high-rise lobby.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area, and what affects the drop-off process?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the long driveways and deep property setbacks common throughout this township. Please include any gate codes or specific instructions for properties that are restricted by driveway sensors or private entrances. Direct hand-delivery prevents the damage that occurs when packages are left at the end of long residential lanes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a porch area sheltered from the wind and road visibility typical of these open, large-lot properties. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm an alternative drop-off spot or a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is used to keep the same color scheme and size.
