Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, medical buildings, and funeral homes in Richland?

Accepted Answer

Our drivers deliver directly to the reception desks of low-rise medical offices and the main entrance of local funeral homes. You must provide the specific suite number or service time at checkout so the driver can navigate these spread-out property layouts. These details are necessary because many professional buildings in this area share long access roads with multiple different entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the deep setbacks and long driveways typical of this rural-suburban layout. Please include any gate codes or specific instructions for private lanes to ensure the driver can reach the house safely. This information prevents the delivery from being left at a roadside mailbox where it is unprotected.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a covered porch or sheltered area because the significant distance between neighbors makes leaving flowers next door impractical. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute a flower of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to help our driver locate houses that are not clearly numbered from the main road.
