Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of properties in Landisville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential porches and low-rise business entrances across this rural-suburban layout. At checkout, you must include specific driveway instructions if the home is set back significantly from the main road. These details help drivers locate the correct entrance on large, wooded, or agricultural lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to ensure the arrangement remains intact while navigating the town's spread-out residential streets. Because many properties feature long gravel drives or lack street-level visibility, providing a description of the house color or mailbox is helpful. This allows the driver to reach the front door directly rather than leaving items by a distant roadside.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, flowers are placed in a shaded area near the primary entrance, away from the sightline of the main road. If a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same look. Providing a recipient phone number is necessary for these properties, as it allows the driver to confirm the delivery at homes not visible from the street.
