Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to area offices or gated properties, include the suite number or entry code at checkout. Many homes here are on large, wooded lots with long driveways, so providing a description of the house color helps the driver identify the correct site. These details are necessary because most buildings are not visible from the main road.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. The rural layout consists of unpaved roads and gravel paths, so the driver will pull onto the property to reach the entrance. Providing clear access instructions helps the driver navigate these private drives without delay.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch. Because homes are situated on multi-acre lots with significant distance between neighbors, we do not leave flowers with people at nearby properties. Including a recipient phone number allows the driver to call if a gate is locked or the house number is missing.
