Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and businesses in New Franklin?

Accepted Answer

This city consists mostly of residential properties and lakeside homes with long driveways or private access roads. You must provide the exact house number and note if the property is located on a private drive or has a gated entrance. These details help drivers find the correct residence when house numbers are not clearly visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Because many local lots have large setbacks and winding paths, drivers hand-carry the flowers to the primary entrance. Providing details about side-door access or specific porch locations helps avoid delays on properties where the front door is hidden from the street.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the order?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch to protect them from the open, windy conditions common near the lakes. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar type of equal value to maintain the style of the bouquet. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm the location if the street numbering is unclear on semi-rural roads.
