Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office complexes and medical campuses in Fairborn?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building number and department name for deliveries to the city’s secured professional zones and medical facilities. These sites often require drivers to leave items at a central reception desk or security checkpoint rather than individual rooms. Including the recipient’s direct extension ensures we can verify the correct drop-off point with facility staff.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered across the city’s different types of neighborhoods?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of open residential porches and restricted-access office parks. For properties with security gates or locked lobby doors, provide the entry code or specific check-in instructions at checkout. This direct delivery method prevents arrangements from being left outside at perimeter fences or unmanned entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured building or gated residence, we will contact you to coordinate a hand-off at a public entrance. If a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the arrangement’s style. Providing a mobile number for the recipient helps our drivers navigate the city’s multi-building campuses and restricted zones without delay.
