Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and funeral homes in New Carlisle?

Accepted Answer

Addresses in this city are primarily single-story residences or small-scale commercial buildings with street-level parking rather than multi-level garages. At checkout, provide the department name for offices or the specific parlor name for funeral services. These details are necessary to navigate the shared entry points found in the central business district.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

Hand delivery is used for all orders to accommodate the residential layout of detached houses and large yards. Specify if the home has a preferred delivery spot like a side porch or a breezeway to keep the items sheltered from the street. Providing the location of the house number—whether on a mailbox or a porch pillar—assists the driver in identifying the correct property.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or the recipient is not home?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the delivery is placed in a secure location on the property, such as a back porch or a covered entryway. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem that matches the original color and scale. A recipient phone number is required to coordinate access for homes with perimeter fencing or long driveways.
