Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the local medical campus or funeral homes, include the specific department, wing, or viewing room at checkout. For addresses in the historic downtown grid, specify if the entrance is a street-level storefront or an upper-floor residence. These details help the driver find the correct door in multi-use brick buildings where several addresses share one entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the compact central business district to residential streets with deep front porches. Provide specific instructions for houses set back on large lots or for properties with long driveways. Hand delivery ensures the flowers are placed in a stable, shaded area that is not visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers on a protected porch or with a neighbor if the house sits directly on a high-traffic street. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a flower of the same color and value is used to keep the arrangement full. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver navigate properties with gated side entries or detached garages.
