Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals and large offices in Teaneck?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, large medical campuses, and professional office buildings. For deliveries to large institutions, you must provide the specific wing, department, and room number at checkout. These details allow the driver to use the correct secure entrance instead of a general loading dock.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Because many local residential streets have restricted street parking, we need a clear house number and any specific driveway access details. If the property has a gated entry or a keypad, providing the code at checkout ensures the driver can reach the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a secure, shaded entryway or leaves the arrangement with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color palette. Including the recipient’s mobile number helps the driver navigate locked building foyers or properties with limited street access.
