Question 1

How does delivery work for local hospitals, funeral homes, and professional offices?

Accepted Answer

In Bergenfield, we deliver to single-family homes, garden apartments, and professional offices along the central corridors. For apartment complexes with shared vestibules or buzzer systems, you must provide the specific unit number and entry code at checkout. These details allow the driver to secure the delivery inside the building rather than leaving it on a public sidewalk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the arrival?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the borough’s compact residential layout. Because many local homes have side-door entrances or shared driveways, please note which door the recipient uses most often. This information helps the driver find the correct drop-off point quickly without blocking narrow residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we attempt to leave the arrangement with a next-door neighbor due to the high density of these residential blocks. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original color palette. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate access to the mid-rise buildings and apartment clusters common in this area.
