Question 1

Can you deliver flowers to any location in Crooksville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, funeral parlors, and small care facilities throughout the village. Provide the building name and a room or suite number for any non-residential delivery. This ensures the driver finds the correct entrance among the closely grouped storefronts and houses on the main streets.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the village's hilly terrain and steep residential walkways. Specify if the delivery should go to a side porch or a specific entrance if the front steps are difficult to access. This helps the driver place the flowers safely on properties with uneven elevation.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers in a protected area on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is not in stock, we replace it with one of equal value and similar appearance. Including the recipient’s mobile number allows us to confirm access for homes with fenced yards or restricted porch entries.
