Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to homes and offices in Roseville?

Accepted Answer

Delivery covers the central village grid and the outlying residential properties where houses are often set back from the main road. At checkout, provide the specific entrance or side door location for residential porches or small storefronts. These details ensure the driver locates the correct door in areas where street numbers may be difficult to see from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local addresses?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the residential porches and storefront layouts of this village. The driver will place the flowers at the primary entrance or a designated side door to keep them out of direct foot traffic. Please note if the property has a long driveway or a specific gate code to prevent access delays.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver will look for a sheltered spot on the porch or contact a neighbor to accept the delivery. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be used to complete the arrangement. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to ensure the driver can navigate the transition from the village streets to the surrounding rural roads.
