Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large properties and rural estates in Pittstown?

Accepted Answer

Many properties in this area sit far back from the road behind long, wooded driveways or gated entrances. You must provide a gate code and specify if the mailbox is located at the street. These details allow the driver to access the main residence rather than leaving the order at the edge of the property.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to ensure they reach the correct house on these winding roads?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made by hand to navigate the large acreage lots and private roads typical of this township. Drivers travel down long gravel paths to ensure the flowers reach the front door. Providing descriptions of driveway markers or house colors helps identify the correct home when street numbers are not visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

Because homes are set on large plots with significant distance between neighbors, orders cannot be left at a nearby house if the recipient is away. If the front door is inaccessible, the driver will call the recipient to find a safe drop-off spot on the property. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar stem will be substituted to keep the same color and shape.
