Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and professional buildings in Long Hill?

Accepted Answer

For residential properties with long or shared driveways, provide the house number and any gate codes at checkout. For professional buildings, include the specific floor and suite or department name. These details ensure the driver finds the correct entrance among the township's spread-out residential and office layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the winding roads and wooded property lines found throughout the township. Specify if the front door is hidden from the main road or if there is a preferred side entrance for deliveries. This information helps the driver locate the correct drop-off point on properties with deep setbacks.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a protected spot near the door, as the distance between homes often prevents leaving items with a neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and style. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate addresses where house numbers are obscured by heavy tree cover.
