Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses in Bremen?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to care centers and funeral homes go to the main reception desk of these single-story buildings. Provide the wing or room number so staff can direct the flowers to the correct area. For downtown storefronts located directly on the sidewalk, specify if the delivery should use the front entrance or a rear alley access.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by a person or a shipping company?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door and are never shipped in a box. In residential areas where homes are spaced apart on larger lots, delivery occurs via the main driveway to the front porch. Providing the house color or a porch description helps confirm the location when house numbers are not clearly visible from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the order is left on a covered porch or with a neighbor at an adjacent property. If a specific flower is not in stock, a local substitute of equal value is selected to keep the same size and style. Entering the recipient’s phone number ensures the driver can call for access if a driveway is obstructed or a gate is closed.
