Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to Somerset addresses?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries cover both the historic village center and the surrounding rural residential roads. For buildings near the central traffic circle, include specific suite or apartment details if the entrance is shared with a storefront. For outlying properties, ensure the house number is clearly visible from the main road to help the driver identify the correct driveway.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive ready for display. In this area, many homes are set back from the road or have side-door entries. Providing instructions on whether to leave the arrangement on a front porch or at a specific side entrance helps the driver place it safely.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered spot, such as a covered porch common to local homes. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom of equal value is used to keep the arrangement full. Including a phone number for the recipient is helpful for properties where a long private lane may limit direct access to the front door.
