Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large facilities in Lancaster?

Accepted Answer

Drivers deliver directly to the reception desks of medical campuses on the city’s outskirts and to specific suites in historic downtown administrative buildings. Provide the floor, department, or room number during checkout to ensure the driver can navigate these multi-story and spread-out facilities. Accurate site details allow for successful hand-offs at secured entrances or main lobby checkpoints.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the different residential areas of the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from dense residential blocks with street parking to suburban homes with long private driveways. Include gate codes or specific instructions for properties where the front door is not visible from the main road. Hand delivery ensures the driver can find the correct entrance on properties with complex layouts or deep setbacks.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a secure, shaded spot on a porch or with a neighbor, unless the home is located on a high-traffic main road. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value to keep the arrangement size the same. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to resolve access issues for homes with rear-entry garages or side-door delivery requirements.
