Question 1

How does delivery work for addresses in West Rushville?

Accepted Answer

Provide the house number and street name for residences within the village grid. For rural properties on the outskirts, include specific instructions for long driveways or gate access. These details are required for properties that are set back from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the West Rushville area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door of the home or local building. The residential layout of the village allows for direct delivery to front porches or side entrances. Specific notes about side-door access ensure the driver finds the correct entrance on large lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the order at the door or a designated drop-off point. For properties with locked gate entrances, provide a phone number so the driver can confirm where to leave the delivery. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the style of the arrangement.
