Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical clinics and professional offices in Carroll?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desk of small clinics and professional offices throughout the area. Provide the suite letter or specific business name at checkout to ensure the driver uses the correct entrance. This information is required for properties where multiple independent offices share a single building or parking area.

Question 2

How does the local residential layout affect how flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the long private driveways and wide residential lots in the area. Including gate codes or specific instructions for finding the main house on multi-acre properties prevents delivery delays. Drivers use house numbers on roadside mailboxes to identify the correct address before entering the property.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or by the front door. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a replacement flower of a similar size and color. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties with locked gates or long setbacks from the main road.
