Question 1

How does delivery work for different types of addresses in Amanda?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to village residences, rural farmsteads, and local community buildings like funeral homes or schools. Please provide a specific suite or department name for deliveries to multi-use properties or buildings with secured entrances. This helps our drivers navigate to the correct entrance when a property has multiple access points from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local homes and offices?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered rather than shipped in a box to prevent tipping or damage. Since many local properties feature detached garages or multiple outbuildings, please indicate the preferred drop-off door at checkout. This ensures the delivery is made to the primary living space rather than an unmanned utility building.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we call the phone number provided to find a sheltered spot on the property for the flowers. Because houses here are often separated by large fields or acreage, we do not leave arrangements with neighbors. If a specific stem is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar flower to ensure the delivery is not delayed.
