Question 1

How does flower delivery work for different types of locations in Piqua?

Accepted Answer

For downtown offices with street-level entrances, provide the specific suite or floor number for direct desk delivery. For the manufacturing centers located on the outskirts of the city, include the specific gate number or department name to pass security perimeters. These details ensure the driver can move past the outer check-in points to reach the recipient’s actual workspace.

Question 2

Will the flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to maintain stability while navigating the city’s mix of narrow historic streets and wider residential blocks. Drivers place items directly with receptionists at senior living complexes or on the front porches of single-family homes. Providing information about porch gates or side-door access helps the driver find the most secure placement at the property.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a private residence is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement on a shaded porch or with a nearby neighbor. For deliveries to the gated industrial sites or consolidated health centers, we contact the main desk or security station to find an alternative drop-off point. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps resolve access issues at these large-scale facilities without delay.
