Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Covington consists of detached homes and small professional buildings that often have side or rear entrances. You must enter the specific porch or door location at checkout if the building is set back from the main road. This ensures the driver identifies the correct entry point in a residential layout where main front doors are not always the primary access.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to manage the spread-out residential lots and varying driveway lengths common in this area. Drivers deliver directly to the door rather than using boxed shipping to ensure the arrangement remains upright on older, uneven porch surfaces. Providing a gate code or specific driveway access details helps the driver reach homes that are not immediately adjacent to the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the flowers are left on a covered porch or with a neighbor who has a direct line of sight to the property. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the physical scale of the arrangement. Including a secondary phone number is helpful for properties on the village outskirts where houses are spaced far apart and neighbor assistance may be required.
