Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices, senior living centers, and industrial sites?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the residential grid within the village and to the gated industrial sites on the outskirts. At checkout, include the specific building or department name for deliveries to the senior care center or manufacturing offices. These details allow us to navigate security checkpoints and front-desk protocols efficiently.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with different property layouts?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Our delivery routes cover both the compact village streets and the expansive properties with long, unpaved driveways. Providing clear instructions for properties where the house is set far back from the main road prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers in a protected area out of view from the road or with a neighbor. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and size. A current phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues at gated industrial properties or remote rural residences.
