Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical clinics in Duncan Falls?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-story medical offices and professional buildings by checking in at the front desk or main entrance. For residential addresses near the river, please provide the specific house number and any details about side-road access. This information is necessary for couriers to navigate the village's mix of main-road storefronts and tucked-away homes.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the residential porches and detached houses typical of this area. Providing details about gated driveways or specific door locations helps avoid delays at properties set back from the road. This direct delivery method ensures the flowers are placed exactly where the recipient can find them.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the courier looks for a sheltered porch area or leaves the gift with a neighbor. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the courier locate houses where street numbers are obscured by trees or distance from the road. We substitute specific flowers with the closest available variety to maintain the design if a stem is out of stock.
