Question 1

How are deliveries coordinated for local businesses and community centers?

Accepted Answer

For commercial addresses in the central village, provide the business name or specific office suite to help drivers navigate shared parking areas. Funeral home deliveries require the service time and the name of the deceased to ensure placement at the correct entrance. For agricultural or shop offices, include the name of the specific department or building on the property.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for residential properties and farmsteads?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door of the residence. Since many properties sit on large acreage with long driveways, please provide specific instructions if the house is not visible from the main road. Include details about gate access or shared gravel paths to prevent any delay in reaching the front entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure, covered area like a front porch or with a neighbor if the house is secluded. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of the same value and color. Providing a recipient phone number is essential for coordinating access to gated farm properties or homes set back from public roads.
