Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to offices and medical centers in Richfield?

Accepted Answer

Many Richfield locations are corporate campuses or industrial headquarters with multiple buildings and security checkpoints. Provide the building name, suite number, and department name at checkout to help the driver locate the correct reception desk. For secured corporate offices, we deliver to the front desk or mailroom as required by site security protocols.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver every arrangement to ensure it arrives intact at homes that are often set back on large, wooded lots. Because many properties have long private driveways, we require a visible house number or specific gate access codes at checkout. This information allows the driver to reach the front door directly without stopping at the street.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away from a residential property, we look for a secure spot near the entrance or leave the flowers with a nearby neighbor. For office park deliveries where the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement is left with the building's reception or security desk. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a different bloom of the same size and value to complete the design.
