Question 1

How does delivery work for businesses and residential addresses in Perrysville?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the small storefronts along the main street or the village funeral home, please include the specific building name or suite. Because many residential properties outside the village center sit on large plots with multiple outbuildings, we need to know which structure is the primary residence. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance in areas where house numbers are not always visible from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to handle the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate the long, gravel driveways and winding roads surrounding the village. Many homes have deep setbacks from the street, so please note if there is a specific gate or landmark at the driveway entrance. This helps the driver reach the door directly rather than leaving the order at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a shaded spot on the porch or a side door shielded from the wind common in this open valley. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a bloom of equal value that maintains the same color and style. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful for properties where the house is obscured from the street by dense trees or terrain.
