Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and professional offices in Bordentown?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific wing and room number for multi-story senior living facilities and the suite number for professional business parks. At historic downtown addresses where front doors open directly onto public sidewalks, specify if there is a side or rear entrance for deliveries. These details help the driver find the correct entry point in areas where buildings are closely packed or have secured front desks.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a driver navigating both the narrow, one-way streets of the historic district and the wider suburban residential roads. Include gate codes for newer planned communities and specific loading zone instructions for office complexes located off the main thoroughfares. Accurate access information prevents delays caused by limited street parking and restricted entry points common to the city center.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is not in stock?

Accepted Answer

For properties without private porches or yards, the driver will call the recipient to find a secure entry point rather than leaving the item on a public sidewalk. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is selected to maintain the arrangement's shape and size. Including a recipient’s phone number is necessary to coordinate access to gated residential zones and multi-unit buildings.
