Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and medical centers in Youngstown?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city's concentrated medical campuses and downtown office towers require a specific department name or suite number. These buildings often have restricted floor access, meaning items must be left at a central security desk or reception area. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient ensures they are notified once the hand-off is complete.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s mix of urban and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to handle the variety of downtown professional suites and suburban homes with deep lot setbacks. For residential deliveries, please specify if the property has a side porch or a preferred gate for access. This manual delivery method prevents the issues common with boxed shipping in areas where street-side drop-offs are not secure.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with access or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If a secured building or gated residential community is inaccessible, we will call you to coordinate a secondary delivery location. Including an entry code or specific building wing at checkout helps prevent the order from being delayed. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original design style.
