Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential areas in McDonald?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific department or floor for deliveries to professional offices or small clinics. For the dense residential streets, include the house color or porch location at checkout. These details ensure the driver locates the correct front door in areas where houses are positioned close to the sidewalk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the village's residential grid. Mention if the property has a fenced yard or if a side-door delivery is preferred for your specific street. This information prevents delays caused by limited street access or secured entry points.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the flowers in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor. If a specific stem is out of stock, a similar flower of the same value is substituted to complete the order. A recipient phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at residential properties without delay.
